Reminder: DeSean Jackson's 'new team' stinks - PhillyVoice
OK, so to be fair, there's little question Jackson makes the Redskins better on the field. He led the NFL with 13 catches of 40+ yards. By comparison, only three teams had more. But come on, DeSean. Your team lost nine games last year by at least 10 points. They lost five games by at least 20 points. And three of those 20-point losses came to teams with six or fewer wins. Your new team stinks.

Spagnuolo: ‘Great Things’ Ahead For Bradford - Birds 24/7
"I still remember the workout at Oklahoma when we went to watch him, it was outstanding," he said. "I remember talking to Mike Holmgren after that. Mike was at Cleveland at the time, and I want to say they had the fifth or the sixth pick, and he was trying to find any way and every way to get Sam Bradford. He felt that—and coach Holmgren has seen a lot of quarterbacks—he said it was the best workout he’d ever seen."

Too Quiet on UDFAs? - Iggles Blitz
I stopped at the grocery store tonight on the way home. Had to re-up on my Funyuns supply. I was wearing an Eagles shirt. The guy in line beside me saw the shirt and asked "Is this the year you guys win the Super Bowl?" I told him the key is Sam Bradford. If he stays healthy and plays well, the Eagles have a chance to be very good. If he struggles or if he gets hurt and Mark Sanchez takes over…this could be another frustrating year. Lots of mystery with this team.

Biggest difference in Eagles secondary? Safety Malcolm Jenkins says it's ... - NJ.com
So Malcolm Jenkins, as the only returnee, what do you think of all the changes? "The change in philosophy is the biggest change,'' Jenkins said after one of the team's workouts at the NovaCare Complex. "And Cory Undlin is the most important pick up in that room. Even Maxwell, who has great technique and knows how to win, but I think getting coach Undlin is the biggest difference.'' Undlin replaces John Lovett, who was re-assigned to the scouting department after the season.

Mike Coccia: From die-hard Eagles fan to Eagles player - CSN Philly
He grew up just like you. Screaming and shouting in the 700 level during Eagles games. Wearing Eagles jerseys all over the place. Spending Super Bowl week in Jacksonville. Mike Coccia was a good, old-fashioned Eagles fan. Until he became a good, old-fashioned Eagle.

New Eagles Settle In Off The Field, Too - PE.com
Brad Jones is keeping it simple. When he isn't learning the Eagles' defensive playbook, or working at the NovaCare Complex or sustaining on the basics of life, he's plotting his next move ...

Senator Jeff Flake criticizes National Guard sponsorship deal with NFL teams - ESPN
A U.S. senator has raised questions over NFL teams honoring U.S. servicemen and women, while not always disclosing they were paid to do so by the Department of Defense. The Eagles were not one of the teams receiving compensation from the National Guard

3 ways to win the NFL offseason - SB Nation
Chip Kelly did his thing this offseason, that's for sure. He went out and signed the top remaining free agency cornerback on the market (after Darrelle Revis) in Byron Maxwell, took a flier on the talented-but-injury-prone Walter Thurmond and then grabbed the uber-athletic and versatile Eric Rowe in the second round of the draft. He added depth with the selections of Randall Evans and Jacorey Shepherd. Not a bad few months for Chip.
