2015 NFL Draft: Eagles worked out local prospects from Temple, Villanova, Delaware Valley, West Chester

For more information on which draft prospects are visiting with the Eagles, check out our 2015 NFL Draft Prospect Visits Tracker.

Matt Cashore-USA TODAY Sports

Connecticut cornerback Byron Jones is the most popular 2015 NFL Draft prospect scheduled to visit Philadelphia on Wednesday. He wasn''t the only player hosted by the team, however.

According to multiple reports, the Eagles hosted a local prospect workout on Wednesday. These local visits do not count against the team's 30 pre-draft visit limit. Unlike those ones, these type of visits also give the local players a chance to actually work out in front of the team.

These names include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Anthony Robey, CB, Temple - [Source] - [Bio]

Aaron Wilmer, QB, Delaware Valley - [Source] - [Bio]

Rasheed Bailey, WR, Delaware Valley - [Source] - [Bio]

Al-Hajj Shabazz, CB, West Chester - [Source] - [Bio]

Kevin Monangai, RB, Villanova - [Source] - [Bio]

Vince Kowalski, OL, Villanova - [Source] - [Bio]

...

You can read more about each player in their respective bio.

I want to briefly highlight Wilmer here because, according to BGN Radio's John Barchard, he really caught the Eagles' attention. Watch some of his highlights.

These players are obviously long-shots to make it in the NFL but they could draw some interest as undrafted free agent signings.
