Fan-Demonium: The Mystery Of Chip Kelly - PE.com
Time really does fly. It seems like the 2014 season just ended and now we're only a few weeks away from the NFL Draft. For a variety of reasons, I am as excited about this draft as any in recent memory. The most obvious angle of interest with the upcoming draft is that we get to see how things go with Chip Kelly running the show. The draft board will be put together by Kelly, Ed Marynowitz and the Eagles’ scouting department, but there is no question about who the decision-maker is. Good, bad or otherwise, this is Kelly's show.

Eagles' six newest players have missed 148 out of 480 career games - CBS Sports
It might not have been Kelly's plan when free agency started, but one thing has become clear during over the past three weeks: Kelly is buying low and going after injured players. Since March 10, the Eagles have added six players who have missed a combined 148 games in their careers. That group of injured players is led by linebacker Kiko Alonso and defensive back Walter Thurmond, who have both missed at least 50 percent of their career games.

Eagles Checking Out QB Cody Fajardo - Birds 24/7
The Eagles are doing a good amount of homework on Cody Fajardo. The former Nevada quarterback  has had one private workout to this point, he said, and that was with Eagles QB coach Ryan Day. "I felt that he was pretty interested," Fajardo said in a phone conversation with Birds 24/7. "We had a great lunch together and he asked me some typical questions and then some off-the-wall questions. It was definitely a good time. I got to learn a little bit of the system in the private workout, what types of routes they run and how they do their play-action, so it was kind of an inside look at what the Eagles do.

The McNabb trade, five years later - PFT
Five days after the deal, Deion Sanders of NFL Network declared it to be the “dumbest trade ever,” comparing it to the Herschel Walker “shibacle,” with the Eagles in Deion’s view getting the raw end of the transaction.  Philly actually won the trade in the short term, winning the division in 2010 with Mike Vick resurrecting his career after a Week One concussion suffered by Kevin Kolb.

Mosher's Mailbag: Will Eagles land WR Nelson Agholor? - CSN Philly
Chip Kelly’s interest in Agholor reminds me of last year’s offseason, when he examined at every receiver under the sun looking for the right scheme fit. He didn’t end up getting USC wideout Marqise Lee but showed a ton of interest in him. Lee went 39th overall to Jacksonville, prompting the Eagles to trade up and get Jordan Matthews, another receiver Kelly put plenty of study time into.

Jaelen Strong, Landon Collins could be options for Eagles - NFL.com
It seems like everyone believes Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles will at least make a run at trading up in the 2015 NFL Draft in order to select Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota. If the team decides it will take too much though, they'll still have plenty of options at the No. 20 overall pick in the first round and could Kelly could even stay in the Pac-12 when it comes to the selection too boot.

2015 NFL Draft offensive tackle rankings: A vast group of maulers - SB Nation
Some think Brandon Scherff and La'el Collins are guards. Don't believe them. They lead a class of offensive tackles that could see six taken in the first round.
