According to a report from NFL media reporter Ian Rapoport, the Philadelphia Eagles offered a HUGE package to the Tennessee Titans for the No. 2 overall pick in an attempt to trade up for Marcus Mariota. Details:
What package are #Eagles talking about to go to No. 1 or No. 2? Two 1st rounders, a 3rd rounder, Fletcher Cox, Boykin, Kendricks, more. Wow.

Wow, indeed! That's a lot. But the Eagles really, really want Mariota.
According to Rapoport, via Jimmy Kempski, the Titans actually DECLINED that offer.
Titans said no to that deal in previous tweet, per @RapSheet.

Rapoport also says quarterback Sam Bradford was included in the package:
The #Eagles have offered Sam Bradford as part of their trade package, I’m told. It has not been enough.
