According to a report from ESPN's Paul Kuharsky, the Philadelphia Eagles are one of the two finalists in the mix for Marcus Mariota. The other team is the Chicago Bears, who own the No. 7 overall pick.
About an hour before #Titans go on clock, #Eagles and #Bears are two teams pushing hardest for No. 2 in a trade.

It seems like the Bears might be at a disadvantage, however. While the Titans may or may not have some interest in Sam Bradford, the Titans reportedly don't have any interest in Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.
As @BobHoltzmanESPN just said, #Bears tried to stir up interest in Cutler. #Titans have none.

Perhaps this is all another attempt by the Titans to drive up the price for their pick, but perhaps it's legitimate. It won't be long before we find out.
