Davis finished with a mere 45% approval the last time we polled his rating. A lot has changed since then.
The Eagles defense, specifically the secondary, looks very different than it did last year. Gone are Cary Williams, Bradley Fletcher, and Nate Allen. The team signed Byron Maxwell to a big deal to be a starting cornerback on one side. The other side will likely come down Walter Thurmond, Nolan Carroll, Brandon Boykin (?), Jaylen Watkins, or a rookie. At safety, it's currently unclear who will start next to Malcolm Jenkins. Keeping Allen wasn't the answer but replacing him with ... literally nobody ... isn't a solution either.
Philadelphia experienced a plethora of injuries to the inside linebacker position in 2015. The Eagles' depth at that position is now looking very strong with Mychal Kendricks, Kiko Alonso, and DeMeco Ryans all seemingly in the mix for playing time. It'll be interesting to see how that situation plays out. In any event, Alonso was a huge addition if he can stay healthy.
Outside linebacker will look a little different with Trent Cole. The veteran had been with the team since 2005. Now it's up to Brandon Graham, who was once viewed as a bust, to replace him. Connor Barwin will return as the other starter but it's not exactly clear what the Eagles have behind those two. 2014 first round pick Marcus Smith could be the third OLB but he needs to earn his playing time.
I'd argue that Davis has better talent to work with than he did last year but the safety position is still such a huge concern. It's hard to see how the Eagles will come up with a viable answer there. It's up to Davis to get the most out of his front seven again in 2015 and hope the secondary truly isn't as bad. Do you have any confidence in him?
