According to Charles Robinson of Yahoo!, the Eagles are one a few teams targeting pass rushing outside linebackers in free agency. This doesn't come as a surprise since Philadelphia released Trent Cole earlier this week. Meanwhile, former first round pick Brandon Graham is expected to test the market after negotiations failed to go well.

One of the names Robinson mentions as an Eagles target is a player from within the NFC East: Washington Redskins outside linebacker Brian Orakpo.

Orakpo was originally drafted by Washington with the No. 13 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. He's played and started 71 games in his six-year career. In that time he's put up 171 tackles, 40 sacks, one interception, 17 passes defensed, and six forced fumbles.

While Orakpo is certainly talented, he comes with injury concerns. He hasn't played all 16 games since 2011. He's only played in 24 out of 48 possible games the past three years. Orakpo's most recent injury was a torn pectoral muscle that ended his 2014 season in mid-October.

Orakpo or not, the Eagles will certainly need to address the outside linebacker position this offseason. Philadelphia is reportedly going to target Steelers linebacker Jason Worilds in free agency.
