'Marcus Mariota to the Eagles' is not media-driven boredom that Chip Kelly is suggesting it is - PhillyVoice
We reported about a month ago that the Eagles appear determined to get Mariota. That has not changed.

Kelly’s Spin On Mariota, Foles And the QB Spot - Birds 24/7
The feeling here is simple. Kelly would love to make a move for Mariota, and that will continue to be the case until another team calls his name. But he also has to prepare for a scenario in which he doesn't land his guy. It's possible that the Titans target Mariota at No. 2 or that teams in the top five ask for compensation that's too rich.

Chip Kelly thought Giants’ Odell Beckham was best player in 2014 draft - The 700 Level
Chip Kelly was insightful as always while speaking to the media from the NFL owners meetings on Wednesday, dropping plenty of nuggets on a variety of topics related to the Philadelphia Eagles’ roster. However, one of the most interesting things that came out of the head coach’s mouth had to do with a player from a rival team. As Kelly expertly swatted down one hypothetical question after another about taking Marcus Mariota in this year’s draft, this led to an observation about New York Giants rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Kelly specifically mentioned how highly he rated Beckham compared to the rest of the NFL class of 2014.

Chip Kelly has made plenty of "wow" moves this month during his remake of Eagles’ roster in his first season with complete control over personnel. But if you’re waiting for the next splashy domino to fall, you could be waiting until next offseason.

NFL Draft: Projecting the problems and solutions for NFC East teams | The MMQB with Peter King
If the Eagles seek a cornerback with No. 20, Michigan State’s Trae Waynes likely will be gone. But Washington’s Marcus Peters could still be on the board. As The MMQB’s Robert Klemko wrote, Peters might be the most well-rounded corner in the draft. This presents a quandary for Chip Kelly.

Buccaneers 'have a leader' for No. 1 pick, says Lovie Smith - SB Nation
The Buccaneers have five more weeks to evaluate, but one player is standing out as a leader for the No. 1 pick, according to Lovie Smith.
