The third day of 2015 NFL Combine drills has arrived. The groups that are scheduled to perform on-field drills today include: linebackers and defensive linemen. The action starts at 9 AM EST and will be aired on NFL Network. Click here for a full list of the workouts and combine participants. The Philadelphia Eagles could definitely show some interest in these positions.

Defensive Linemen - [Position Review: Defensive End | Nose Tackle]

The Eagles' defensive line is stacked with young talent. Fletcher Cox, who is only 24, is a star. Cedric Thornton is a very good run-stuffer and Bennie Logan has proved to be an effective nose tackle. Vinny Curry came off the bench to record a total of nine sacks last season. Still, the Eagles could use some depth in the trenches because Thornton will be a free agent after 2015, Taylor Hart is something of a question mark after not even being active in 2014, and Curry's lack of scheme fit may be an issue when his contract is up. Some names to watch at the Combine: Arik Armstead, Jordan Phillips, Owamagbe Odighizuwa, Preston Smith.

Linebackers - [Position Review: Inside | Outside]

There are a lot of question marks when it comes to the Eagles linebackers. Philadelphia could easily use a new starter on the inside next to Mychal Kendricks with DeMeco Ryans coming off an Achilles injury. The Eagles suffered a myriad of injuries at inside linebacker last season so it wouldn't add to hurt depth there either. As far as the outside linebackers are concerned, Brandon Graham will be a free agent. He's seeking a big contract and might not return. Veteran outside linebacker Trent Cole could be a cap casualty, but even if they keep him, he'll be 33 in October. 2014 first round Marcus Smith II is a question mark after only playing a total of 105 snaps in his rookie year. The Eagles could look to invest in outside linebacker in the draft once again. Some names to watch at the Combine: Shaq Thompson, Paul Dawson, Eric Kendricks, Lorenzo Mauldin, Denzel Perryman, Tony Washington.
