According to a report from Howard Eskin, Eagles safety Nate Allen is no longer being detained after an arrest in Florida on Monday. Allow Eskin to explain:

Allen has every right to be upset for facing false charges.
Based on my personal experience covering the team, I can confirm that Allen is one of the nicer guys on the Eagles and it was surprising to hear he was arrested in the first place. Several other reporters noted this as well:
