Four Eagles players have been ruled questionable: starting left tackle Jason Peters, running back Ryan Mathews, rookie wide receiver Nelson Agholor, and veteran inside linebacker DeMeco Ryans.
Peters did not participate in practice at all this week, which doesn't seem to bode well for his chances of playing on Sunday night. With Peters potentially out, the Eagles have been preparing Lane Johnson to start at left tackle. Dennis Kelly will likely replace Johnson at right tackle with Matt Tobin staying at right guard. Center Jason Kelce and left guard Allen Barbre will remain in their usual starting positions.
Mathews was a full participant during Friday's walk-through session despite sitting out of practice entirely on Thursday. Earlier this week, Mathews told reporters he expects to play.
Agholor was a full participant in practice all week. It would seem he should be ready to return this week after missing the team's last two games due to an ankle injury.
Ryans was a limited participant in practice on Friday after sitting out on Wednesday and Thursday. The veteran is dealing with a hamstring injury. Considering the team's impressive depth at inside linebacker, it doesn't make sense to push Ryans too hard if he's not ready to play.
Speaking of inside linebackers, Kiko Alonso has been ruled probable to play. Alonso has been out since suffering a knee injury during the first Eagles-Cowboys game in Week 2 this season. Alonso will split playing time with stud rookie Jordan Hicks and Mychal Kendricks. It will be interesting to see how the linebacker rotation turns out.
