USC reportedly showed interest in Kelly before making a final decision on Helton.

Kelly has publicly downplayed his interest in returning to the college ranks several times now. The fact that he would turn down an offer from a big program like USC seems to confirm he plans on sticking around in the NFL, for now at least.
Kelly's future with the Philadelphia Eagles is unclear as his team is 4-7 after coming off two terrible losses. One report indicates the Tennessee Titans are already interested in Kelly.
UPDATE: More details on Kelly turning down USC.
