For the second year in a row, it looks like the NFL trade deadline will come and pass without the Philadelphia Eagles making a deal. At least that's what Chip Kelly seemed to indicate during his Tuesday morning press conference.
Kelly was specifically asked about the status of Vinny Curry, whose name emerged in trade rumors this weekend.

So, there you have it. If Kelly is to be believed, today's deadline will be very uneventful for the Eagles. The NFL trade deadline is typically pretty boring anyway, so this isn't unexpected.
In other Eagles news, 52 out of the team's 53 players are scheduled to practice on Tuesday. Jason Peters won't be a full participant but the team is hopeful he'll return to Wednesday's practice.
