Mark Sanchez, and not Sam Bradford, is expected to be the Philadelphia Eagles' starting quarterback this week as the team goes up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Per a report from Ian Rapoport:
Based on initial tests, #Eagles QB Sam Bradford expected to miss this Sunday & potentially Thursday, I’m told. Expect Mark Sanchez to start.

Bradford suffered a concussion and a shoulder injury during Philadelphia's Week 10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He left the game early and did not return. After the game, Bradford reportedly experienced memory loss and struggled to recall the first half of the Eagles-Dolphins game.
Sanchez played relatively well in relief of Bradford before throwing a costly interception in the end zone. Now he'll have the task of keeping this 4-5 Eagles team alive. It sounds like Sanchez could potentially start against both the Buccaneers AND the Lions. Keep in mind the Eagles play in Detroit on Thanksgiving, which is a short week and gives Bradford less time to recover. It's possible Bradford won't be back until Philadelphia's Week 13 game against the New England Patriots on Sunday, Dec. 6.
Sanchez started eight games for the Eagles down the stretch in 2014. He finished with a 4-4 record as a starter. He completed 64.1% of his passes for 14 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
With Sanchez starting, third string Thad Lewis will be active as the team's backup quarterback. Josh Huff is the Eagles' emergency quarterback. Stephen Morris is still on Philadelphia's practice squad.
Chip Kelly offered no official update on the team's quarterback situation during his media availability on Monday afternoon. The Eagles return to practice tomorrow on Tuesday.
