The Philadelphia Eagles 2015 NFL schedule continues on Sunday afternoon as the team is scheduled to play the Washington Redskins in Week 3. It's an NFC East battle between two 1-2 teams desperate to reach .500 and keep their seasons alive. The good news is that the game is set to take place as originally scheduled, despite the threat of Hurricane Joaquin. The NFL confirmed as much on Friday evening.

For the Eagles, this is really yet another must-win game. Going down to 1-3, as well as 0-2 in the division and 0-3 in the conference, would be hard to bounce back from. Philadelphia is looking to build off an ugly win over the New York Jets in Week 3. Despite struggling overall, the Eagles' offense actually showed some signs of life for once. Washington has a tough run defense so the pressure might be Sam Bradford to pass the ball. Philadelphia's quarterback has done little to inspire confidence to this point. With Chip Kelly struggling to get the offense going, it's been up to Philadelphia's strong defense to carry the weight.

Both teams are dealing with some key injuries heading into this game. For Washington, DeSean Jackson, DeAngelo Hall, and Perry Riley Jr. are three starters who have been ruled out. For Philadelphia, starting running back DeMarco Murary, Jason Peters, and Mychal Kendricks are all questionable.

It'll be interesting to see which side comes out on top.
