Let's get to the Philadelphia Eagles links ...

Eagles keep getting great play from Nolan Carroll - Morning Call
So he mapped out an offseason plan and came out the other end a new player who turned the heads of teammates as well as coaches. He lived in the weight room until he changed his body, lived in the complex until he changed his techniques. Ate it, slept it, lived it. Until he was it: a starting cornerback again, this time Carroll talked to nobody about it beforehand. Nobody talked to him, either. "I knew what I had to do," he said. "I didn't like how last year was for me. I felt like I could have done more when I was out there on the field."

Warning: This isn't the same Cam Newton the Eagles dismantled last season - PhillyVoice
The Panthers never found their rhythm in 2014. Their loss to the Eagles came during a 1-8-1 stretch for Carolina, who somehow still wound up in the playoffs with a 7-8-1 record, thanks in large part to an absolute horrendous NFC South. And despite the fact that they won a playoff game -- they beat a Ryan Lindley-led Cardinals team -- they were nothing close to the team they were a year earlier, when the failed to win a postseason game even though they finished the regular season with the second-best record in the NFC (12-4). Now, the Panthers seem to be playing a lot more like their 2013 squad, as they are off to a 5-0 start, second in the NFC to only the 6-0 Packers.

After six games with Eagles, Bradford playing worse than he did in St. Louis - Inquirer
After six games with the Eagles, Sam Bradford has nearly an identical passer rating (80.0) to the one he had after 49 games with the Rams (79.3). It would be simple to rationalize his struggles this season as just more of the same from the quarterback. But Bradford has actually been worse than he was during his first five years in the NFL. He is being intercepted at almost twice the rate (on 3.9 percent of his passes) as he was in St. Louis (2.2 percent).

Panther Talk - Iggles Blitz
I do think the Panthers are a good team. Cam Newton is healthy and is playing much better than last year. Their O-line is worlds better. Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis are impact LBs. This will be a good test for the Eagles. But the flip side is just as true. The Eagles will be a good test for the Panthers. The Eagles have won 3 of 4 games and look like a hot team. They have had at least 20-point leads in 3 of the 4 games and have had 4th quarter leads in all the games. The defense is playing better than they have in years and the offense has woken up. If Carolina wins, they will earn it.

Three-And-Out: Eagles-Panthers Predictions - Birds 24/7
But they're going to need the cooperation of their quarterback. The defense ranks second in the league with 16 takeaways. Problem is, the team is just plus-two in the giveaway/takeaway department thanks to 14 turnovers on offense. Bradford has been charged with 10 of those — nine by interception with one fumble lost. Chip Kelly said that one of the reasons he was interested in Bradford was because of the way he took care of the football. (He had 59 TDs to 38 INTs in St. Louis). So far, Kelly is not getting what he signed up for. The QB needs to snap out of it, and quick, because multiple turnovers on the road against Carolina will probably result in an 'L'.

Who are the Eagles 10 most valuable players through the first 5 games? -
Somehow, despite all of their early season struggles, the Eagles head into their Sunday night matchup with the Carolina Panthers as the leaders in the NFC East.  A place they couldn't have gotten without some very strong performances from key players.  While some on the roster have struggled -- including quarterback Sam Bradford and running back DeMarco Murray -- others have stepped up at key positions. Among them is safety Malcolm Jenkins, who is turning in one of the best seasons of his career, and has been huge in turning around what was one of the worst secondaries in the NFL last season.

For D, Is It Stop Cam And Win Game? -
t seems so simple. Carolina’s offense is all about putting the ball in the hands of quarterback Cam Newton and having him make plays. And the defense, then, can central its focus on the many talents of Newton and limit his success and, well, win the game ...

Eagles must stop Panthers' run game led by Newton, Stewart - CSN Philly
Only a few teams do it better. Nobody does it more. The Panthers run the football more than any NFL team, and they do it in a way that makes defending their running game very tricky. They come at you 20 times a game with eight-year veteran Jonathan Stewart, a 235-pound battering ram, and they come at you 10 times a game with Cam Newton, the Panthers’ freak-show quarterback. Factor in a few other miscellaneous carries, and the Panthers are running the football 32.8 times per game, most in the NFL.

Maybe Colin Kaepernick could run more? No, that's dumb. - SB Nation
If Colin Kaepernick wants to improve maybe he should start doing stuff that he doesn't suck at. Sounds crazy but people called Jesus crazy too.
