After having off on Tuesday, the Philadelphia Eagles returned to practice on Wednesday in preparation of their Week 6 game against the New York Giants. Keep in mind Wednesday was a light practice this week since the game is on Monday Night Football. Here's a full update on the team's injury situation.
Agholor did not practice. Philadelphia's rookie receiver left the Eagles-Saints game early with an apparent leg injury and did not return. There has been no further update on Agholor's status. Reporters have noticed Agholor limping, for what it's worth.

Kendricks did not practice. He's still working his way back from a hamstring injury that he aggravated in Week 4. With Jordan Hicks and DeMeco Ryans playing well at inside linebacker, the team doesn't need to be in a rush to get Kendricks back on the field. Defensive coordinator called Kendricks "day-to-day."
Alonso did not practice. The Eagles linebacker is still recovering from a knee injury. Like Kendricks, the team shouldn't be in a rush to get him out on the field until he's ready.
Bair did not practice. The 30-year-old is recovering from a groin injury he suffered in Week 4. With Cedric Thornton and Taylor Hart having returned from injury, Bair might not be active on game day anyway.
New York Giants
As for the Giants, Tom Coughlin said Odell Beckham Jr. would not have practiced if the Giants held a training session today. It seems like Beckham still wants to play on Monday despite hamstring soreness. Victor Cruz, who suffered a season ending injury against the Eagles in 2014, seems unlikely to play.
The Eagles will release their first official Week 6 injury report tomorrow on Thursday.
