Do you approve of the job Jeffrey Lurie is doing as the Chairman and CEO of the Philadelphia Eagles? Vote now.

Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

Today we wrap up the 2015 January edition of Philadelphia Eagles approval polls with Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie. Don't forget to vote in the Chip Kelly approval poll from Monday, the Bill Davis approval poll from Tuesday, and the Howie Roseman approval poll from Wednesday if you missed out on those ones.

When Jeffrey Lurie was asked if Howie Roseman would return as general manager following the Eagles-Giants season finale, Lurie emphatically confirmed that he would. A few days later, Lurie went back on his word and gave Chip Kelly power over the player personnel department while stripping Roseman of those duties and "elevating" him to the role of Executive Vice President of Football Operations.

The change was necessary. The firing of Tom Gamble revealed and Eagles power struggle between Kelly and Roseman so Lurie had to step in and find a compromise. That's exactly what he did. Credit to Lurie for preventing 49ers situation where San Francisco owner Jed York had to pick between general manager Trent Baalke and head coach Jim Harbaugh. Lurie found a way to keep both his talented coach, Kelly, and his young executive, Roseman.

So, do you approve of the job Jeffrey Lurie is doing as the Chairman and CEO of the Philadelphia Eagles? Vote now in the poll below and leave your thoughts in the comments section.
