NFL Playoffs, Cowboys vs. Lions 2015: Eagles fans want a Dallas loss

New, comments

NFL Wildcard Weekend 2015.

Mike Carter-USA TODAY Sports

The 2015 NFL playoffs Wild Card games conclude on Sunday afternoon with a matchup between two NFC teams: the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions. The Cowboys are a significant home favorite after finishing the season on a hot streak.

It's obvious which team Philadelphia Eagles fans are rooting against in this one. The Cowboys effectively ruined the Eagles' season in Week 15. Dallas took control of the NFC East with a big win over the Birds that night in Philadelphia and never looked back. Then the Cowboys officially clinched the division one week later after the Eagles lost to Washington and the Cowboys beat the Indianapolis Colts.

For Eagles fans, a Cowboys loss would make the disappointing end of the Eagles season a little less painful.

Here's all the information you need to know in order to watch the game.
