According to a report from Tim McManus of Birds 24/7, it appears Eagles general manager Howie Roseman and head coach Chip Kelly are safe despite the on-going rumors of a power struggle. There is a move coming, however:
My understanding is that there is a move forthcoming, but it doesn't involve the departure of either Kelly or Roseman.

McManus is a very reliable reporter, so there's no need to doubt him here. But if that wasn't enough for you, former Eagles scout John Middlekauf confirmed on Twitter that his sources are telling him Kelly isn't leaving.
Talked to many sources over the last 24 hours, the message has NOT changed - Chip Kelly is going nowhere

NFL insider Jay Glazer, who is also very reliable, is reporting that Kelly is staying.
The move appears to be what Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk was referencing when he said "something big" could happen with the Eagles.
Now, what could the move actually be? Hard to say. My guess is that it involves something related to the front office, given the recent departure of Tom Gamble. Les Bowen offers an informed guess:
I expect some sort of move that'd be a nod toward Chip, to counterbalance Gamble firing. Dunno what that might be. But lotsa folks think so
