The NFL has released the official list of underclassmen that have declared for the 2015 NFL Draft. There are a total of 74 players named, which is down from 2014's record-breaking figure of 98 players. This year's total is still good for the second most, however.
The Philadelphia Eagles only drafted one underclassmen in the 2014 NFL Draft: Ed Reynolds II. The fifth round safety spent the entire 2014 season on the team's practice squad.
One of the most notable underclassmen targets for the Eagles this year is quarterback Marcus Mariota, who used to play under Chip Kelly.
