Over The Cap released a list of projected compensatory draft picks for the 2015 NFL Draft. Just like last year, the Philadelphia Eagles aren't projected to earn pick.
Compensatory picks are extra picks at the ends of rounds 3-7 that are awarded to teams that suffered net losses in terms of free agents lost/signed. The amount of money and playing time the departing player gets also factors in.
2014 Free Agents Not Retained
QB Michael Vick (Jets)
WR Jason Avant (Panthers, cut and picked up by Chiefs)
S Kurt Coleman (Vikings, cut and picked up by Chiefs)
S Colt Anderson (Colts)
DE Clifton Geathers (Redskins, cut)
DE Phillip Hunt (Colts, didn't make team)
2014 Free Agents Signed
S Malcolm Jenkins
S Chris Maragos
LB Bryan Braman
CB Nolan Carroll II
QB Mark Sanchez
OT Andrew Gardner
While the Eagles didn't earn a pick for themselves, they didn't help other teams earn a compensatory pick either. None of the players that the Eagles signed in free agency allowed their former team to earn a pick.
Here is a complete list of the Eagles 2015 NFL draft picks as it currently stands. The team owns their each pick in every round. They also have an extra fourth round pick from the Buffalo Bills due to the Bryce Brown trade (more details here). Pick numbers beyond the third round are to be determined after the official release of the NFL compensatory picks in late March. The Eagles could add picks by trading away players or lose picks by trading for players.
