The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced Jeremy Maclin's first career Pro Bowl berth on Friday night. The honor is obviously well deserved; Maclin had a career year in 2014. The receiver is just one of eight Eagles players headed to Arizona next weekend.
Not too long after the announcement was made, a number of Maclin's teammates decided to show the wide receiver some love on Twitter.

@jmac_18 I see big dawg, congrats on the pro bowl and all the hard work paying off— Chris Maragos (@ChrisMaragos) January 17, 2015
Even Maclin's former quarterback at Mizzou, now with the Kansas City Chiefs, weighed in:
Big time congrats to my guy @jmac_18 on his career year and 1st of many Pro Bowls…it was an honor to play with him in the Zou!— Chase Daniel (@ChaseDaniel) January 17, 2015
Maclin was appreciative of the support:

Maclin's scheduled to be a free agent this offseason but it's hard to see how he won't end up back in Philadelphia. He wants to be back, Chip Kelly wants him back, and if the team likes him as much as his teammates do, it should only be a matter of time until he re-signs a long-term deal.
