Chip Kelly is a very busy man. Just one day after being seen down in Arlington, Texas for the College Football Playoff Championship Game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Oregon Ducks (which Kelly's Ducks lost, by the way), the Eagles head coach was spotted at NFLPA Bowl practices in Los Angeles. The official NFLPA Bowl Twitter account captured a picture of the Eagles coach:

It's not a surprise to see Kelly there. The guy is a football junkie. This was evident last year when he traveled around the country and attended virtually every team's Pro Day.
The NFLPA Bowl doesn't feature the big name talents that the Senior Bowl does, but there are still some legitimate NFL prospects to be seen.
Kelly might have interest in a raw developmental project such Brandon Bridge. The South Alabama quarterback is 6-5, 235 pounds, and runs a 4.64 40-yard-dash. Take a look at some of his game tape.
It's also worth noting that Oregon defensive backs Erick Dargan and Troy Hill will be in attendance at the game. I'm not sure they made it in time for practice considering they played a game on Monday night.
Other notable names to look at for the Eagles, according to BGN's Mike Kaye, are Washington linebacker Josh Timu, Marshall quarterback Rakeem Cato, Central Florida linebacker Terrance Plummer and Texas A&M offensive guard Jarvis Harrison.
The 2015 NFLPA Bowl game starts 4:00 PM EST on Saturday, January 17. Watch live on ESPN2.

Oh, and I forgot to ask... who is that sitting next to Chip?
[UPDATE: BGN will post it's annual East-West Shrine Game preview tomorrow with a look at the players to watch.]
