These columns are so good and I'm glad to see them back. Must read. And now there's a video feature too!

What About the Defense? - Iggles Blitz
I do expect the defense to play better this year. I thought the tackling looked better this summer. That was a major issue last season. I am less confident about the 3rd down defense. Last season players caught underneath passes and had lots of room to run with the ball. We saw some of that early in the preseason.
Mychal Kendricks: For the Love Of Family - Birds 24/7
Mychal Kendricks has been practicing meditation for the past year-and-a-half. It is what brought him to the Arizona desert this offseason. It’s what helps to get him focused before a game. Whether it’s on top of the red rocks of Sedona or in the sauna at NovaCare, he uses it to clear what can only be described as a unique, complex and busy mind.
Eagles' day-to-day schedule unlike any other - Inquirer
When the Eagles first learned of their workweek schedule under new coach Chip Kelly, there was a little confusion. Kelly had an order to the week that he had honed at Oregon and wanted to bring to the NFL. But it meant going against the league norm and shuffling schedules for many veterans who had become accustomed to business as usual.
Why so much skepticism surrounding Nick Foles? - T7L
In a league where Andy Dalton and Alex Smith are the recipients of big-money contracts, the bar hasn’t exactly been set exceedingly high. I know there is this great fear Foles is Bobby Hoying, but Hoying basically had one great game, not a body of work that spans over two seasons. And I could imagine a Mike Vick-Kevin Kolb type of scenario where Mark Sanchez comes in as an injury replacement and is just that good that Chip Kelly never switches back, but that’s about the only way I envision Foles losing his job in the near future, and it’s unlikely. Still, the debate rages on over whether Foles is a "franchise quarterback"—the quarterback an NFL franchise builds around, for those wondering what that means—and I’m not entirely sure why.
How can the Eagles win the Super Bowl? 5 things that have to happen for a parade down Broad Street - NJ.com
Skeptics of the Eagles' defense like to point to the amount of passing yards they gave up last season, but there is more than one way to judge a defense. One of the better ways is points-per-drive, as it simply shows how much your defense is giving up when they are on the field. Last season, if you exclude the Eagles' beat down in Denver, defensive coordinator Billy Davis' unit gave up 1.61 ppd last season. If you times that by the 11.6 drives per game the Eagles faced on average, the unit gave up an average of 18.7 points per game in the other 15 games of the season.
Why Your Team Sucks 2014: Philadelphia Eagles - Deadspin
I'm 30 years old. In those years, I've seen the Eagles play in the Super Bowl twice. Once was in Ace Ventura.
Why Your Team Sucks 2014: Dallas Cowboys - Deadspin
The following is true about most Cowboys fans: Never resided in Texas, Lives in a town near a divisional rival (DC, Philly, NY), Took up rooting for the Cowboys in 9th grade to troll friends and ended up sticking with it, Thinks we should have drafted Johnny Manziel ,Still refers to Cowboys as "America's Team"
A Working Relationship - SB Nation
Geno Smith is learning to be a starter, Michael Vick is learning to be a back-up, and together they're trying to win games while setting a new precedent
