Which Jacksonville Jaguars player would Eagles fans take?

A theme post the SB Nation NFL sites have been done in the past and will continue to do throughout this upcoming season is "Which [opposing team's] player would [your favorite team's] fans take?" With the Eagles set to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars this week, it's time to address the question.

The first option that comes to mind is... well, there isn't an obvious one. I can't say I'm exactly familiar with the Jacksonville roster off the top of my head considering the Jaguars both haven't been a very good team and they play in the AFC. Upon closer inspection, I just don't see any slam dunk choices.

But since picking "no one" wouldn't be fun, I'll list some of the top targets I had in mind: kicker Josh Scobee, guard Zane Beadles, and rookie wide receiver Marqise Lee. Far from the most exciting of options.

Scobee is coming off of a season where he kicked 92% from field goal range (23-25) which ranked 8th best in the NFL. One miss was in the 40-49 range and the other was from 50+ yards out. Scobee also led the Jaguars to finish with the 8th best touchback rate at 57.14%. Scobee has recently been dealing with an injury but he should be ready to against the Eagles.

Beadles, whom the Jaguars signed as a free agent this offseason, could potentially give the Eagles a long-term answer at guard. That's something they could use with both Evan Mathis and Todd Herremans reaching their early 30's. Then again, Philadelphia might like Matt Tobin and another depth offensive lineman (Dennis Kelly?) at guard for the future.

Rookie wide receiver Marqise Lee is a player the Eagles somewhat (?) surprisingly passed over in first round of the 2041 NFL Draft. A lot of people thought Kelly was going to take Lee because of Kelly's affinity for acquiring players who have performed well against him in the past. Lee racked up a total of 20 receptions for 344 yards and 3 touchdowns in two career games against Kelly's Ducks. The Eagles could use some help at receiver and Lee could make sense.

For now, I would probably end up taking Scobee. He's a proven kicker and that's something the Eagles don't have right now. Rookie Cody Parkey might turn out to be just fine but it's a total mystery for now. Lee would be the more attractive long-term option.

Oh yeah, and I almost made it through the whole post without mentioning how Henry Josey is on the Jaguars practice squad despite a great summer with the Eagles.

Update: A lot of Penn State fans seem to be upset I didn't mention Paul Posluszny. Meh. Others may wonder why I didn't mention Johnathan Cyprien. I know he has a lot of fans but I think the group of Malcolm Jenkins and Nate Allen as starters with Earl Wolff as the third safety is just fine. Luke Joeckel would certainly be a good option and he would start in place of Allen Barbre but what happens when Lane Johnson comes back from suspension? Jason Peters isn't going away yet so you have to stash one of Johnson/Joeckel.

Who would you take?
