The Philadelphia Eagles have released their first injury report in preparation of their Week 4 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Eagles starting inside linebacker Mychal Kendricks sat out of practice yet again. Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that that Kendricks is "very unlikely" to play against the 49ers.
#Eagles LB Mychal Kendricks still walking with a limp. From what I'm hearing he's very unlikely for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

If Kendricks is out, the combination of Emmanuel Acho, Casey Matthews, and rookie first round draft pick Marcus Smith II will replace his snaps.
Starting defensive end Fletcher Cox was a limited participant on Wednesday after sitting out of practice on Tuesday. Derrick Gunn of CSN Philly reported that Cox is "dealing with some lower back soreness but is OK."
Projected starting left guard Matt Tobin was a full participant. Head coach Chip Kelly noted that the team needs to see how Tobin's ankle holds up as the week progresses. Last week Tobin was a full participant in practice all week but was ruled question for the Eagles-Redskins game and ended up being declared a game-day inactive.
Rookie wide receiver Josh Huff practiced on Tuesday and was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. It seems like Huff will be healthy enough to play against San Francisco. Will the Eagles keep him the active game-day roster, though?
Backup safety Earl Wolff was a full participant in practice after missing last week's game due to a knee injury.
Starting center Jason Kelce is obviously out with a sports hernia injury. Kelce had successful surgery on Tuesday morning and is expected to be back in six to eight weeks. Backup center David Molk will start in Kelce's place. Veteran offensive lineman Wade Smith will serve as the team's backup center behind Molk.
