The Philadelphia Eagles have announced their game day inactive list in preparation for their NFL Week 2 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Running back Chris Polk is ACTIVE. Polk missed nearly the entire summer with a slight hamstring tear. Polk did not play in any of the team's preseason games and sat out last week as well. Polk's return give the Eagles three active running backs: starter LeSean McCoy, roleplayer Darren Sproles, and Polk.
Rookie outside linebacker Marcus Smith II, the team's first round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, is INACTIVE. Smith was active last week but did not play a single snap. Smith is buried on the depth chart behind starting outside linebackers Trent Cole and Connor Barwin. He's also behind former first round pick Brandon Graham and special teams contributor Bryan Braman.
Newly signed veteran offensive lineman Wade Smith is active. According to Tim McManus, Dennis Kelly will start at left guard. Smith will serve as a backup.
Rookie wide receiver Josh Huff (shoulder) and second-year offensive lineman Matt Tobin (ankle) were both ruled out for this game on Saturday.

Colts DE Arthur Jones and NT Josh Chapman are both ACTIVE despite being listed questionable on the team's final injury report.
Indianapolis will be missing starting inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman and starting center Khaled Holmes. Former Eagles center A.Q. Shipley will start in place of Holmes.
