Philadelphia Eagles roster cuts 2014: Tracking the first releases

The Eagles have started their first cuts. These moves are the first of what will be 15 transactions set to take place between now and Tuesday afternoon. The Eagles will have to get the roster down to 75 players by 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 26th.

Defensive back Davon Morgan

Safety Daytawion Lowe

Defensive end Frank Mays

Tight end Blake Annen

Offensive guard Karim Barton

Wide receiver Kadron Boone

Wide receiver B.J. Cunningham

Offensive lineman Donald Hawkins

Tight end Emil Igwenagu

These players were mostly camp bodies hoping for a shot at the bottom of the roster or practice squad. Perhaps one or more of them will return to the team and/or practice squad later on.
