As I mentioned they would yesterday, the NFL Network aired the Philadelphia Eagles 2013 season highlights last night. Part of the highlight package featured sound clips from various Eagles coaches (mainly head coach Chip Kelly) and certain players. Here are two clips that I found most interesting.
Chip Kelly wants to be buried in a football stadium
Chip Kelly LIVES for football. He also wants to have football involved in his death.
Chip Kelly: "I want to be buried in a stadium."
Offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur: "You do it long enough, they might have you in charge."
Chip Kelly: "Nah, just some obscure high school field, and there's just a... over near like a sled graveyard."
Where else would you have expected Kelly wanting himself to be buried?
Ricky Bobby style
When Chip Kelly yells at Nick Foles to get the offense going faster, how does Foles then motivate his guys to get the job done?
He tells them to go "Ricky Bobby style."
If you don't understand the reference, well, just read this.
