Eagles Rookie Minicamp 2014: Seven Tryout Players Invited

The Eagles have invited seven players to the team's rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.

Bruce Thorson-US PRESSWIRE

The Philadelphia Eagles have invited a total of seven tryout players to the team's rookie minicamp which begins tomorrow on Friday, May 16th.

Once again, these players are not officially under contract. They have only been invited to rookie minicamp on a tryout basis. The Eagles' roster is currently filled at the maximum occupancy of 90. If the Eagles wanted to sign one of these players, they would have to free up a roster spot first. More likely than not  the Eagles are just looking for extra bodies to fill practice repetitions.
