The 2014 Chip Kelly Pro Day Tour™ continued on Tuesday when the Eagles' head coach was spotted on campus at Penn State. Here's a photo of Kelly with PSU head coach James Franklin and Mike Tomlin. Together, these three make up the best football coaches in the state of Pennsylvania (from left to right, of course).

As far as players go, the big name to watch was Penn State wide receiver Allen Robinson. Robinson boasts quality size at 6-3, 220 lbs. According to NFL.com analyst Gil Brandt, Robinson turned in a good performance at his pro day: 42 VJ, 11 BJ, sub-4.5 40. Robinson's pro day numbers improved upon his 2014 NFL combine performance. Spider graph:
Robinson is a player who could pique the Eagles interest in the second round. BGN's Mike Kaye briefly profiled Robinson recently:
While his speed is a major question, Robinson is a capable route runner with size. He has the ability to go up for a pass and bring it down. He is strong and showed consistency with the ball in his hands at Penn State. He is also a local player that the team has likely paid attention to this past season.
Other PSU players who worked out include: punter Alex Butterworth, linebacker Glenn Carso, wide receiver Brandon Felder, offensive lineman Garry Gilliam, offensive lineman Adam Gress, defensive tackle DaQuan Jones, tight end Matt Lehman, defensive back Stephen Obeng-Agyapong, offensive lineman Josh Urschel, and defensive back Malcolm Willis.
