It looks like DeSean Jackson is going to be a member of the Washington Redskins.
Filed to ESPN: Redskins and former Eagles WR DeSean Jackson are expected to reach agreement Tuesy night on multi-year contract, per sources.

Well, that's not certainly not ideal for the Eagles. Not only does he make their NFC East rival better, but the Eagles will have to deal with one of the top deep threats in the league two times a year.
Schefter is reporting that it's three year deal. No word on the exact terms yet. It's expected to be a big contract.
