Eagles Injury Report: Josh Huff sits out but hopes to play

An update on the Eagles Week 15 injury situation.

Derik Hamilton-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles returned to practice on Tuesday and there are a few updates on the team's injury situation as they prepare to face the Dallas Cowboys this week. Keep in mind the Eagles run a light workout on Tuesdays.

Nick Foles is still not at practice. He was seen throwing and catching passes prior to practice as the rest of the team warmed up. Foles is reportedly scheduled to be re-evaluated following the Eagles-Cowboys game.

Despite warming up with the team, Josh Huff also sat out of practice. Huff left Sunday's game early with a bruised hip injury and did not return. The rookie wide receiver said he hopes to play this week.

Rookie kicker Cody Parkey was seen without at practice without a helmet. Some reporters wondered if he was resting due to the right groin injury he's been dealing with.

The Eagles will release their first *official* Week 15 injury report tomorrow on Wednesday.

Note that the Eagles have an open roster spot after cutting cornerback Roc Carmichael on Tuesday afternoon.
