The Philadelphia Eagles have announced their game-day inactive list in preparation for their NFL Week 14 game against the Seattle Seahawks.
The only somewhat surprising note is that rookie tight end Trey Burton has been ruled out. Burton is a key contributor on Philadelphia's special teams unit. The rookie from Florida was ruled questionable heading into this game due to hamstring tightness.
With Burton out, veteran wide receiver Jeff Maehl will suit up.
Starting quarterback Nick Foles is out due to a fractured collarbone. Foles' injury is expected to be re-evaluted shortly, but he could be out longer than first expected. Veteran signal caller Mark Sanchez will start in place of the injured Foles. Second-year quarterback Matt Barkley will serve as the backup to Sanchez. Veteran wide receiver Brad Smith is the team's emergency quarterback.
Andrew Gardner will start at right guard yet again in place of second-year offensive lineman Matt Tobin.
