The Philadelphia Eagles are over one week removed from their 33-10 victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving, but an interesting note came up on Friday evening. It turns out that a lot of people watched Philadelphia embarrass their NFC East rivals. How many, you wonder?
With 32 million viewers, FOX’s Eagles-Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game is the most-watched show of the fall TV season. #NFL

Yeah, that's a lot. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise considering the holiday and the fact that the Cowboys ("AMERICA'S TEAM") are always a big draw. The fact that both teams are competitive and rivals certainly doesn't hurt.
The Eagles and Cowboys will meet again next week on Sunday Night Football in Philadelphia. The Birds have an opportunity to clinch the NFC East with a win in that game if they take care of the Seattle Seahawks this week. Another large audience is bound to be watching.
