Eagles-Seahawks Injury Report: LeSean McCoy excused from practice for personal reasons

Eagles injury update for Friday, December 5th, 2014.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles have released their final official injury report in preparation of their Week 14 game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Only two players are listed worse than probable. Running back LeSean McCoy did not practice on Friday due to personal reasons. He is not injured.

Starting quarterback Nick Foles had already been ruled out earlier in the week due to a fractured collarbone injury suffered in Week 9. Veteran backup passer Mark Sanchez will start in place of Foles. Backing up Sanchez will be second-year signal caller Matt Barkley. Wide receiver Brad Smith will serve as the game-day emergency quarterback. There is no firm timetable for Foles' return.

Rookie tight end Trey Burton is questionable. Burton is dealing with a hamstring issue that kept him limited in practice this week. The Florida alumnus has been a key part of the Eagles special teams unit.

Running back Chris Polk is probable despite being limited in practice early in the week. Inside linebacker Emmanuel Acho is expected to return to game action this week after not playing in Week 13.

Cody Parkey has been ruled probable after being limited in practice due to a groin injury. Riley Cooper and Chris Maragos are the team's emergency kickers.
