Surprise: Chip Kelly isn't going anywhere. The Philadelphia Eagles head coach completely shut down the rumors about him being contacted by the Florida Gators with respect to their coaching vacancy.
HC Chip Kelly: Florida hasn't contacted me. And if they did, I wouldn't listen. It's false. I think false things are silly.

He said he didn't even receive a phone call. (But if he did, it would have sounded like this.) He also went on to say that he laughs at these kind of rumors. He should. They have been dumb and baseless.
Kelly is clearly happy in Philadelphia. The team is doing well and he's making a lot of money already at $6 million per year. There is really no incentive for him to go back to the college ranks.
Kelly's commitment to the Eagles was reflected in a profound quip. Here's the latest Chip-ism:
Chip on college rumors: "Our whole mantra around here is be where your feet are, and my feet are right here."

"Be where your feet are." Deep.
So, yeah, Kelly isn't going anywhere. And he never was.
