The Philadelphia Eagles have announced their game-day inactive list in preparation for their NFL Week 17 game against the New York Giants.
Bradley Fletcher is inactive. It will be Nolan Carroll II who starts at cornerback. Probably too little, too late.
Trent Cole is back this week after a broken hand forced him to sit out in Week 16. This could potentially be Cole's last game in an Eagles uniform. The same could be said for Brandon Graham, who is expected to test free agency. It will be a little interesting to see how Cole and Graham split snaps.
Starting quarterback Nick Foles is out due to a fractured collarbone. Veteran signal caller Mark Sanchez will start in place of the injured Foles. Second-year quarterback Matt Barkley will serve as the backup to Sanchez. Veteran wide receiver Brad Smith is the team's emergency quarterback.
Rookie cornerback Jaylen Watkins is active for the fifth time this season. He could see playing time in the team's dime package.
Rookie defensive end Taylor Hart spent the whole season without being on the active game day roster.
