Notes:

The Eagles finally unleashed Zach Ertz. The second-year tight end played 78% of the team's offensive snaps, which marked a career high. Ertz set a franchise record for receptions by catching 15 passes for 115 yards. The Eagles have underused Ertz this season.

Speaking of previously underused players, Darren Sproles played 51% of the team's offensive snaps. Sproles usually only play about 30%. The Eagles used him in an increased role, including times where he and LeSean McCoy were on the field at the same time.

Despite taking first team repetitions in practice, Chris Polk only played one snap.

DEFENSE

Notes:

Brandon Graham played 100% of the snaps at outside linebacker. Usually Graham only plays around 35% in rotation with Trent Cole. With Cole out, Graham took over and played all the snaps. First round pick rookie outside linebacker Marcus Smith II didn't get on the field for a single snap.

Bradley Fletcher was benched in favor of Nolan Carroll II in the fourth quarter. Fletcher still played on the outside when the team lined up in dime.

Casey Matthews and Emmanuel Acho are back to splitting playing time evenly.
