The Eagles and 31 other teams will begin their respective offseasons in March. The new league year for 2015 will begin on March 10. This means that free agents will be able to sign contracts at 4 PM EST on that date.

Teams will be able to call the representatives of pending free agents three days prior to the start of the new league year. At 4 PM EST on March 7, teams can start making their calls, but no one can sign official deals until March 10. This means that the Eagles and all the other teams can see how the market shapes up and offer contracts without the ability to close. The same can be said about each teams' own players that they want to re-sign.

Eagles fans will be eager to see the team add some new pieces in the secondary among other positions.

The 2015 NFL Draft will begin on April 30 and end on May 2. The draft will take place one week earlier than it did last season, which is good news because it felt like it took forever to get here.
