The Philadelphia Eagles have released their first official injury report in preparation of their Week 15 game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Nick Foles has been officially ruled out for Sunday's matchup. The good news for the third-year quarterback is that he seems to be making progress towards a return. A number of reporters noted that Foles' level of activity seems to be increasing. Note that Foles will be re-evaluated following the Eagles-Cowboys game. Mark Sanchez will obviously start against Dallas.
Kicker Cody Parkey was limited in practice due to the right groin injury he's been dealing with. Parkey will be ready for Sunday but he needs to take it easy during the week.
Backup running back Chris Polk was also limited in practice due to an ankle injury. Polk played his regular amount of special teams snaps against Seattle but did not receive any playing time on offense.
Rookie wide receiver Josh Huff was officially listed as a full participant in practice. Some reporters indicated he was limited, however. Huff suffered a hip bruise during Sunday's game against Seattle. He hopes to be ready in time for Sunday.
Trey Burton was a full participant in practice. The undrafted rookie free agent tight end from Florida missed this past Sunday's game due to a hamstring injury. Burton has been a solid contributor on special teams.
Cedric Thornton is a new addition to the injury report with a groin injury. He's listed as a full participant so he should be fine for Sunday.
