The 2014 NFL season November edition of Philadelphia Eagles approval polls continue here on Bleeding Green Nation with general manager Howie Roseman. Don't forget to vote in the Chip Kelly approval poll from Thursday and the Bill Davis approval poll from Friday if you missed out on those.
Roseman's offseason may have been far from perfect, and there are still areas of need on Philadelphia's roster (see: secondary). Despite these flaws, the team is in good enough position to be 6-2 right now.
One of Roseman's offseason acquisitions is going to be majorly tested moving forward: backup quarterback Mark Sanchez. While it's obvious Chip Kelly had a big role in bringing Sanchez to Philadelphia, Roseman can't be discredited for picking up a quality backup quarterback in free agency. Now it's time for Sanchez to live up to his end of the bargain as the team tries to sustain their playoff hopes.
Another move that I forgot to mention in the October edition of these approval polls is that the Bryce Brown trade continues to look like a real steal for the Eagles. Brown had been a healthy scratch for the entire season prior to Buffalo running backs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller going down with injuries. Even now, Brown just has 7 attempts for 15 yards. Philadelphia decided to keep Chris Polk over Brown and that looks like a great move. The Eagles will likely receive a 2015 4th round draft pick for a player that's been virtually useless for the Bills.
So, do you approve of the job Howie Roseman is doing as the general manager of the Philadelphia Eagles? Vote now in the poll below and leave your thoughts in the comments.
