The Philadelphia Eagles have released their first official injury report in preparation of their Week 10 game against the Carolina Panthers.
The only player missing from practice was starting quarterback Nick Foles. All other players were listed as full participants. Foles has been officially ruled out. Foles will miss six to eight weeks due to a fractured collarbone. Mark Sanchez will start in place of Foles, with second-year reserve Matt Barkley serving as Sanchez's backup.
Nate Allen was listed as a full participant on Thursday after returning to practice on Wednesday. Allen missed Philadelphia's Week 9 game against the Texans due to a hamstring injury but it seems Allen will be ready to play against Carolina. With Allen starting, Earl Wolff will return to primarily playing on special teams.
Nate Allen said he did everything in practice yesterday and today, feels 100% and is ready to start Monday night.

Elsewhere, All-Pro left guard Evan Mathis returned to the active roster this week and will start against Carolina. Matt Tobin will likely shift over to right guard to replace Todd Herremans. Chip Kelly noted that Andrew Gardner is challenging Tobin for playing time, but it's hard to imagine Tobin won't get the start.
Special teams contributor and veteran wide receiver Brad Smith returned to practice in a full capacity after being limited in practice last week. Smith will serve as the team's game-day emergency quarterback.
