The Philadelphia Eagles have announced their game-day inactive list in preparation for their NFL Week 12 game against the Tennessee Titans.

One line-up change to note: veteran offensive lineman Andrew Gardner will start at right guard. Matt Tobin had previously been starting but missed some time in practice this week due to a concussion. Tobin was cleared to practice on Thursday but still won't start despite being active. With Gardner starting, the Eagles have now officially used eight different starting offensive line combinations this season.

Starting quarterback Nick Foles is out due to a fractured collarbone. Foles' injury is expected to be re-evaluted shortly. Veteran signal caller Mark Sanchez will start in place of the injured Foles. Second-year quarterback Matt Barkley will serve as the backup to Sanchez. Veteran wide receiver Brad Smith is the team's emergency quarterback.

Cornerback Roc Carmichael is inactive. The team signed Carmichael earlier in the week after placing second-year safety Earl Wolff on season-ending injured reserve.

Philadelphia Eagles Inactives List:

Nick Foles - Injury.

Roc Carmichael - Depth CB.

Jaylen Watkins - Depth CB.

Julian Vandervelde - Depth OL.

Dennis Kelly - Depth OL.

Taylor Hart - Depth DE.

Jeff Maehl - Depth WR.

Tennessee Titans Inactives List:

Blidi Wreh-Wilson, Marqueston Huff, Ropati Pitoitua, Kris Durham, Richard Gordon, Will Svitek
