The Philadelphia Eagles have released their second official injury report in preparation of their Week 12 game against the Tennessee Titans.

Offensive guard Matt Tobin returned to practice on Thursday after being cleared to practice. Tobin sat out of practice on Tuesday and Wednesday due to a concussion suffered in Sunday's game. Chip Kelly noted Tobin has been cleared to play on Sunday, but there's no guarantee he starts. Veteran offensive lineman Andrew Gardner was seen taking first team repetitions at right guard on Thursday. Tobin started six games at left guard until Evan Mathis returned before shifting over the right side to take the place of an injured Todd Herermans.

If Gardner makes the start on Sunday, the Eagles will have officially used eight different starting offensive line combinations through 11 games this season. Talk about a lack of continuity.
