The Philadelphia Eagles have announced their game-day inactive list in preparation for their NFL Week 11 game against the Green Bay Packers.

Starting quarterback Nick Foles is out due to a fractured collarbone. Foles' injury is expected to be re-evaluted in a few weeks. Veteran signal caller Mark Sanchez will start in place of the injured Foles. Second-year quarterback Matt Barkley will serve as the backup to Sanchez. Veteran wide receiver Brad Smith is the team's emergency quarterback.

Second-year safety Earl Wolff is a healthy scratch for the second week in a row. Head coach Chip Kelly noted that special teams is the reason why Wolff has been deactivated on game-day in favor of recent signing Chris Prosinski. With Wolff out, Chris Maragos is likely the top backup behind the starting safety duo of Malcolm Jenkins and Nate Allen.

Elsewhere, there aren't any surprises. All players were healthy in practice this week save for Foles.
