Panthers vs. Saints: Thursday Night Football game information

Thursday Night Football is here to kick off Week 9 of the 2014 NFL season. The New Orleans Saints (3-4) are in Charlotte, North Carolina tonight to take on the Panthers (3-4-1). It's a match-up between two NFC South rivals.

The Panthers are somehow first in the division despite having the NFL's eighth worst point differential. The Saints haven't exactly been impressive this year, either.

Philadelphia Eagles fans should probably root for a Panthers win. That team seems to be less threatening than the Saints, especially when New Orleans is playing at home.

Note that the Eagles are set to play Carolina at home in Week 10 on Monday Night Football.
