2015 NFL Draft hosted in Chicago starting April 30

New time, new place for the 2015 NFL Draft.

USA TODAY Sports

It's official: the 2015 NFL Draft will be held at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University in Chicago. The draft is scheduled to start on Thursday, April 30 and last until Saturday, May 2. This will mark the first time in 49 years since the event hasn't been held in New York.

The fact that the NFL Draft is being held one week earlier than it was in 2014 is great news. The 2014 NFL Draft had been pushed back two weeks from the original late April date due to a scheduling conflict at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. It just felt like it took forever for the draft to get here. Cutting back that waiting time by one week should help a little.

Philadelphia was reportedly one of the many U.S. cities in the running for hosting the 2015 draft. It never seemed like a probable destination, however.

Now that the destination has been finalized, we ask: are there any Eagles fans that plan on attending now that it has moved?

And who do you think Philadelphia will draft at No. 32 overall?
