Chip Kelly's first season as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles was a massive success. It's been nearly a year since Chip Kelly was hired. The honeymoon phase might be over, but the positive reception of Kelly stills exists, if not stronger than it did before.
Kelly helped transform a crumbling 2012 team that went 4-12 into a 10-6 division winner in just one season. The team largely surpassed expectations; even by those with optimistic outlooks. Kelly had a Coach of the Year type performance, and the Eagles' future looks promising under his reign. However, in the short term, the Eagles had an abrupt end to their season due to a home loss versus Saints in a very winnable playoff game.
In the interest of polling the BGN community, I've decided to start doing monthly approval rating polls for key members of the Eagles organization such as the head coach, offensive/defensive coordinators, and general manager. And what better place to start than with Chip?
So, do you approve of the job Chip Kelly has done as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles? Vote now in the poll below and leave your thoughts in the comments.
